TPC: Experimental Version 2.1

The goal of this version was to shed any “visible” non-Ace2 mods. The reason? because they don’t save settings properly between characters .. I love how Ace2 mods all retain state between characters by default.

This version had a few big changes .. but at least I feel that its worth it for the convenience of standardizing on Ace2 mods brings.
